Rugby
In 2007 we worked with the Newcastle Falcons who came into school to deliver some fun and practical literacy and numeracy lessons, together with some rugby coaching. They put on a special assembly for the whoile school and finished off with a question and answer session which was attended by Jason Oakes and Hall Charlton.
Later on in the year some of the children from years' 5 and 6 had the chance to play rugby at Kingston Park before watching the Falcons take on Bath in a Premiership game.
